Aesus Premium Top Mounted Wrap Labeler

This premier labeler has a roller conveyor to transport vials under its servo labelling head. Our Prism rollers “pneumatic label skew correcting system” has a motorized shaft for spinning the vials/tubes in place during the very precise application of the labels. This fully guarded labeler incorporates a multiple line thermal transfer printer, along with a vision system with its own 12 inch colour touch screen to check the printing. A reject station is included to reject any mislabelled or miss coded products.
