ATH Vertical Tray Former
IPAK’s ATH fully automatic tray former features a compact, vertical design that is ideal for packagers with minimal plant space. The ATH is able to form a variety of trays including 4-corner trays, one piece telescope (clamshell), econo tray, bag-in-box styles, MUB style trays, HSC lidding and more. The versatility of this machine makes it ideal for operations forming a variety of different trays and tray styles.
Built with premium construction materials like anodized aluminum, stainless steel and other corrosion resistant materials, this robust machine is ideal for continuous around the clock operation. Similar to other IPAK machines, the ABH utilizes servo motors for minimal maintenance and precision tray forming. The ATH utilizes a fully featured HMI control system and safety features like interlocking guard doors and an auxiliary e-stop station.
