Product Aligner – Worm System

Rectangular, oval and shaped containers can require pre-aligning before labeling to ensure perfect label placement.  If the product is off centre – so will the label be.

The worm system is the ultimate in alignment devices, but requires a worm for each container.  On our Premier labeler the worm drive is interchangeable with our Belt aligner, so that only those that need a worm have to have a worm.

The worm has the added advantage that it also acts as a product separator
