BEL 5252U Semi-Automatic Form, Pack & Automatic Seal Unitized Machine
The BEL 5252U is a unitized case packing and sealing system with a compact frame, centralized size change points, and a competitive price. The machine automatically folds all the bottom and holds the case in place quick and ergonomic packing. The operator then sends the packed case into the sealer which utilizes Wexxar Bel’s exclusive Snap Folder technology to fold all top flaps.
High Throughput Hand Packing
With the use of a fully automatic case sealer, a single operator is able to form, pack and seal cases significantly faster than a manual hand-packing line while maintaining significantly lower costs. 2-handed packing and automatic flap folding all assist in improving overall throughput. Aside from production efficiencies, there are also advantages with quick case size changes and compact organized packaging due to the unitized nature of the machine.
