TF300 Tray Former

The IPAK TF300 fully automatic tray former erects Breaker and Column Case style trays in either triangle corner or L-corner posts configurations. The TF300 can be configured to run any configuration of these tray styles including trays with RSC style flaps, flange flaps for side sealing or no flaps for retail ready roll-over display. With precision servo drives providing an accurate blank advance and dynamic flap folding, the TF300 perfectly forms each and every tray to provide superior stacking strength and a perfect aesthetic. Furthermore, servos provide significantly reduced operational costs with less energy consumption as well as less maintenance required. Electrical servo motors utilize a fraction of the energy compared to traditional pneumatic motors while also significantly less wear and tear parts.

All IPAK tray formers feature color-coded change handles and on-machine pictorial guides for simple and intuitive size change in under 15 minutes. Safety features such as interlocked safety guarding and standard tunnel guarding all ensure a safe environment for operators.
